Guatemala is best explored slowly. Travelers with just a week of vacation spend normally their first and their last day on arrvial- and departure logistics, leaving five meaningful days on the road. Shorter rentals usually lead to rushed routes and a compromised experience.
Our pricing is fixed throughout the year. We do not use seasonal pricing, discounts or dynamic rates. Each vehicle has a consistent daily price, regardles of season.
No, you don’t need a special driver’s license.
A valid driver’s license from your home country is sufficient to drive in Guatemala. An International Driving Permit (IDP) is not legally required, but it can be helpful as an additional form of identification, especially during police checkpoints or insurance-related situations.

We’ll also share local tips and recommendations before your trip.
We pick you up directly at the airport and bring you to our office for the vehicle handover. Pickups and drop-offs are arranged during office hours to ensure a relaxed start, proper daylight inspection and enough time to go through the vehicle, route and questions without pressure. At the end of your rental, the vehicle is returned to the office, and airport transfer can be arranged if needed.
